Gardening Tips from our Growers

STUDY THE SUN

Most fruits, vegetables, and herbs need at least 6 hours of sun. So before you start digging, spend some time studying where the sun hits!

STAY HYDRATED

When it comes to watering your plants, we have a good rule of thumb – literally! Stick your finger knuckle-deep – if it’s dry, it’s time to get out the hose.

PICK THE RIGHT PLANTS

Research what plants thrive in your region. Leafy greens, for example, grow best in mild climates, whereas squash grows best in the heat.
